Supherb. Stockholm, 2012

In a time of uncertainty about where our food comes from and what goes into it, many people are searching for new ways to be in control of what they eat. Supherb is an innovative solution to this problem.

Made of upscaled old glass bottles, plastic caps and corks, this aeroponic herb garden allows users to plant their favourite herbs and watch them grow from seed to stem, as they learn about urban agriculture from firsthand experience. The system is fully automated and requires only refilling of the water reservoir once it is empty, making it easy to use for all users, from green thumb to grass-assin.
